Our Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in its original condition
- Item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items We Cannot Accept Back
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Perishable or consumable goods
- Digital downloads or software
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Gift cards
How to Return an Item
Returning an item is simple — just follow these steps:

- Include your order number and a brief reason for the return
- Wait for your RMA number — we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Pack your item securely and write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel
- Ship it back using a trackable shipping method — we recommend keeping your tracking number until your refund is confirmed
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, item arrived damaged or defective).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the outcome.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund — this typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your provider
- Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please:

- Attach clear photos showing the damage or defect
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send you the correct item as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour, or product, please return your original item and place a new order.
